Remember that only representatives authorized to negotiate for the concerned entities/parties, rather than the entire town, would be invited to the mediation moving forward on the project. They would like the Town Hall meeting to result in a vote on whether to proceed to the next steps of soliciting an environmental impact report for the community. The cost of the report could total in the millions, as could Ottawala's total investment in the proposed project. However, the project is still projected to be profitable for the Company if the community accepts it and does not engage in court battles for its removal
