Rachael should use negotiation to help solve this conflict. Overall she is not satisfied with this outcome, she should express what her interest and desires are within this project and participate along with the presentation. Furthermore, she should explain to Bill how working together could be used to showcase both of their strengths and strengthen the overall project with collaboration playing a factor. If Bill still isn't available to collaborate, Rachael should have their superior who assigned this project to intervene and explain the conflict in interest.
