What errors are not recorded when the Failure Trigger field is set to "Document Errors"?

$1)$NullPointerExceptions and similar process$-$level errors.

$2)$Exception steps with the Stop Single Document checkbox unchecked.

$3)$Connectors that provide a complete exception error to the process instead of internally capturing and logging it per document.

$4)$All errors are captured regardless of the Failure Trigger setting.
