What is a response to the following statement - The company that I work for is fairly large and has many employees. The company that I work for processes promotions that are ran for companies all over the country. There are a lot of moving parts involved with these promotions. We not only run and manage these promotions, but if needed we also send out whatever is involving the promotion to the submitter. Because of this, my job has several different departments in charge of specific jobs. For this reason, I believe that the quantitative approach is best to evaluate the different jobs involved. The quantitative approach is meant for larger companies that have more detailed jobs for their employees. This approach will not only be able to adapt to these different jobs and pin point specific job characteristics but also what employees must do to fill the needs of these job characteristics
