The huge amount of data that is now available is just more data to search through to find a relatively constant amount of objective truth.

Data signals are noise that we have to sift through.

Becuase it comes from so many new sources, today's data is "noisy" compared with previous eras' data.

Noisy data hides signals, but quiet data brings signals out to the front.
