What is the methods (direct and/or indirect; horizontal and/or vertical) of applying the Constitution to the South African law of delict?  Does it only apply to the Human Rights Bill or does it apply to the whole Constitution?  Also I would like to understand exactly how the direct/indirect and Horizontal and vertical apply?
