What is your opinion in this statement? When having conflicts with other, I usually prefer to listen and communicate to figure out the solution with the person. I strongly believe that giving the other person a chance to tell his or her side of the conflict can help to calm them down. By listening attentively, I can empathize with the emotions and experiences of others involved in the conflict, fostering compassion and understanding. Effective listening also helps clarify any misunderstandings or miscommunications that may have contributed to the conflict, enabling us to gain a clearer understanding of the situation. Furthermore, when the person feel heard and understood, they are less likely to become defensive or escalate the conflict further, creating a more conducive environment for resolution. The second step I would take is working on solution. I will sit down with them to recognize the common goal, so that we can create a winwin situation together. This is my preferred approach to handling conflict because this approach not only resolves conflicts but also strengthens relationships and promotes a culture of cooperation and teamwork, which is crucial for longterm success and growth.
