When getting our sales forecast we mostly use $2$ different strategies: trend forecast and build$-$up forecast. With the build$-$up forecast we collect the information and targets from the field to build our overall sales forecast$/$target$.$ With this forecast strategy we need to be extremely careful on how we tie our resources allocation and sales force compensation with sales forecast$/$target$.$ Why? $($be short!!$)$
