Jinhoon just started his summer internship. He will be working with senior project managers on a new account that is very important to the company. As part of his internship, Jinhoon must identify a problem and provide solutions or determine how to improve a process already in place. Jinhoon has been told he will have to write an analytical report over the course of the internship, and that he will present this information during his last week. He has been told by his direct supervisor that the quality of these reports are often what decides who is invited back for an internship the next year and who will be given full$-$time job offers upon graduation.

After two weeks on the job, Jinhoon has determined what he wants to solve and present to key leadership. He feels that he understands the problem and he knows what is expected of him.
