Will be developing a business continuity document for a small veterinary clinic This week you will prepare the first documents for the Course Project. In Milestone 1, the following information should be documented and submitted on this assignment page. Before starting, make sure you read the textbook carefully. Additionally, Appendix A has a sample document that you may find helpful in collecting this information.

Your plan due this week should include:

list of threat categories and the associated business impact for each. Identify preventive measures for each type of threat category. Include at least one major disaster in the plan. You are now in the phase of developing a business continuity plan for the same veterinary practice. Describe the basic activities that must be managed by the BCP. Develop plans for alternate site relocation, and develop an estimated monthly budget for the alternate site operations.
