For this assignment, you will complete an Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) Matrix for yourself. This exercise allows you to evaluate your strengths and weaknesses. An organization's strategies are largely based on striving to take advantage of strengths and improve on weaknesses. Similarly, in planning for your career, you should formulate and implement personal strategies based on capitalizing on your strengths and improving on your weaknesses. Develop an Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) Matrix for yourself. As you assign weights, consider the relative importance of each factor for success in your desired career. Include at least 6 strengths and 6 weaknesses in your IFE. Write a 350- to 525-word analysis of your IFE. Compare your total weighted score to the average score of 2.5. Explain the rationale of your assigned weights. Outline strategies that might enable you to capitalize on your major strengths and help you to improve on your major weaknesses
