You can use an organisation that you are or have worked for, or an organisation that you are familiar with (e.g., through personal sources and/or online sources), or search online for an organisation and find the relevant information. You do not have to use the official name of the organisation if you do not wish to. Include the following:

2. Identify the diversity and inclusion (D&I) initiatives and practices that your chosen organisation have in place, and structure your case study to address the following questions:

2.3 Based on your analysis, which of the paradigms covered in the topic (i.e., Thomas & Ely (1996) and/or Dass & Parker (1999)) do you think the organisation best fits into? Explain your answer. 10 marks

2.4 What would you recommend the organisation does to improve their D&I, and why? 7 marks
