"Work Place Bully"

Even if you are treating everyone with respect, you may have a coworker who is not reciprocating with the same respectful and professional behavior. Many times in a workplace, there is an employee who is rude and unprofessional. This type of employee is called aworkplace bully.Workplace bullies seek ways to intimidate or belittle coworkers. Sometimes bullies publicly harass coworkers. Other times, they are discreet in their harassing tactics. Employees who are consistently rude and who bad-mouth other employees or demonstrate intimidating behavior are displaying workplace incivility are not only immature behavior; they are unacceptable at work.
