Working on your proposed study, you will develop a plan for how you would like to analyze the hypothetical data that you are going to collect. Be sure to consider your theoretical framework and how that will influence what data you collect and how you analyze it. Be specific in the description of your analyses for both the quantitative and qualitative data and how you will do an integrative analysis across both types of data collected (e.g., whatkindof coding will you use).

1. According to Asian educators in the state of New Jersey, what do they see as the most significant barriers to entering the teaching profession and continuing in the profession? 2. According to Asian educators in the state of New Jersey, what do they consider to be the most important factors that contribute to becoming a teacher? 3. According to current and former Asian educators, what proposals for policy changes would best assist the recruitment and retention of Asian educators?

Questions: What you need to include is specifically what types of statistics you will use to address your questions? Descriptive statistics? Means and standard deviations? Regression? etc. And why that analysis technique is right for your study.How will you qualitatively analyze the qualitative data? What approaches to coding will you take? What steps will you take for this analysis?how will you integrate the quant and qual analysis. Your analysis plan should be short but explain exactly what you will do to analyze the data.
