Since the journey of the Earth around the sun completes in $365\mathrm{.}24$ days, every $4$ years we have a special day in February to make up for the missed $0\mathrm{.}75$ days the previous $3$ years. These years are called leap years. Leap years follow these rules:

If the year number is divisible by $100,$ then it is a leap year if it is also divisible by $400.$

If the year number is not divisible by $100,$ but divisible by $4,$ then it is a leap year.

Using the rules above, write a program that asks the user to enter a year as an integer and output whether February that year will have day $29.$

Use of BOOLEAN expression.

Example: If you enter year $2024,$ The output should be "Febuary $2024$ will have $29$ days."
