Write a C++ program to input the number of tons from an input file, called tons.txt, and print out the equivalent in pounds, ounces, kilograms, and grams, to an output file, called report.txt. Also, print the conversion factors to the output file. You create the input file (tons.txt) to contain a single, positive integer less than 10. The output file is created by running your program. Header documentation and inline documentation must be included. Upload three files to URCourses before the electronic cutoff time: (1) Your .cpp file. (This is your program/code.) (2) Your tons.txt file. (This is your input file.) (3) Your report.txt file. (This is your output file representing the output/run of your program/code.) Advice: Get your program working using standard input and output first. In other words, take input from the keyboard and output to the monitor. Once this is working correctly, then change the program to use file IO. That is, take input from tons.txt and send output to report.txt. Do NOT upload a file with extension .sln for (1). Upload the extension .cpp for (1).
