Write a PLC ladder logic run:
A Conveyor Motor output will energize when a counter (a Count Down or CTD instruction called Loaf_Batch_CD) that counts down for its initial value to 10 loaves of bread that have to be processed to none. The parameters of the CTD are (and will need to labelled correctly):
CD: Loaf_Prox_Sensor Load:
Load_Reset
PV: Initial_Loaf_Count (10 loaves)
Q: Counter_Done
CV: Actual_Loaf_Count
You will use a normally open contact called Start_Counter_Switch to enable (EN) the Loaf-Batch_CD counter. Once the instruction is completed, you will use a normally open contact with the bit that signifies the instruction is completed to energize a normally open latched output called Conveyor_Motor_Relay. You will also have logic for a normally open input called Stop_Machine_PB to energize a reset output for the Conveyor_Motor_Relay.
