It can also include graphics. This one-sheet will be something that employees would potentially have on display in their work areas, and that could be posted in common areas such as lunch rooms. We can also look at it as something that can be provided to new employees during their onboarding process. Think of this document as a quick-reference for how to communicate expertly.
The manual can include any trainings or workshops that you think would be helpful for employees as well. Since you have some initial correspondence from key team leaders (the Borough Bank email assignment), you should include a quick assessment of the social styles and leadership styles currently at play, and how to best manage and even train these styles to be more effective with their communication.
