You can address the requirements of an organisation for which you work, or, if you are not working you can use generic terms to describe the program that might be implemented.

In the paper, describe the workplace: industry area, products and services, main work practices.

3.What are the most important aspects of the program and how would you allocate responsibilities?

4.How will hazards be identified and risks assessed?
