A recent BC government policy about drug decriminalization has resulted in many users openly injecting drugs and this has caused your community to demand you take action as a police Chief. The Mayor has asked you to hold a community safety forum and over $3000$ residents have signed up with their concerns around open drug use, the new transit hub bringing possible crime issues to the city and that they are not feeling safe any more.
