Write an Arduino code that does the following: If you press the left button n times, where n is a number between 0 and 9, and then press the right button once, the Circuit Playground will turn on Neopixels # 0 to n. Anytime you subsequently press the left button n times and then press the right button once, the Circuit Playground will turn on Neopixels #0 to n. If you press the left button more than 9 times and then press the right button once, the Circuit Playground should cause all the Neopixels to blink. The Neopixels should continue blinking until the left button is pressed 9 times or less and then the right button is pressed.
