Assessment was done in the patient's room. She is not currently on any psych medications. She said was not just in a good mood for therapy the other day but verbalized that she will continue her physical therapy. She said her mood is good and she sleeps ok but gets frequent interruptions from staff at the facility. She was cooperative during the assessment
