She has physical diagnosis of intraspinal abesess and granuloma. The assessment was done in the patient's room. She said I have high depression and I see my psychiatrist every 3 months and she prescribes my antidepressants and pain medication. She said she will prefer to continue seeing her post discharge to continue to manage her medications. She is currently on Duloxetine 60mg (Give 2caps PO Daily) and she said she has been ok with her current prescriptions. She said her main issue now is that she cannot walk so she wish to work with therapy and get some strength
