She is currently residing at a skilled nursing facility. She is here post hospitalization of encounter of Non-displaced fracture of lateral end of right clavicle. She has psych history of MDD single episode, anxiety disorder,, alcohol abuse, and anorexia. She is currently onMirtapzaine 7.5mg for MDD AEB severe protein malnutrition and current weight of 114lbs. She said she was doing better, feels tired. She said her anxiety has improved and she was hoping to get a sponge bath tonight. She said her appetite is better and she sleeps ok as long as she does not move (if she moves, she feels pain)
