She is currently on Citalopram 40mg (take 1.5tabs) for MDD daily. The assessment was done in the patient's room. She said she was doing ok. She said her leg aches and she just got back from rehospitalization last night where she stayed in the hospital for 3days. She said her mood is down because of her right hip fracture. She said she sleeps ok, has great interaction with her room mate. She verbaalised her anxiety is through the roof initially but she is gradually adapting. but her appetite is good
