Develop an application that will aid in making a decision involving multiple factors.

Here is a real application. We want to have the user enter whether they want a Full Conference Registration, or One Day registration; Membership status; and the date they are signing up. This will determine which fee they pay according to the following fee schedule.

Use radio buttons to determine if the user wants Full or one day registration

Use a listbox to determine membership status (there are 4 classifications) for full registration, both regular members and high school faculty member are counted as member. Others are Non-members

Either type in a date, or use the datetimepicker object. On site is July 25 27, 2018.

Use nested if statements to determine the price.
