Q3. CTC mode Make a person counter. On each person entering the room, a positive edge can be sensed using any pin of the controller. After 10 counts, an LED is turned on, it remains so for 250 ms (assuming 1 MHz clock) and then it turns off. The process is repeated after every batch of 10 persons entering the room. You can think of it as a way to limit large gathering during the COVID crisis and the LED signal as some door closing signal etc.
