Jane Adams wrote the following complaint letter to you.

To: The Manager at 'Computers For Kids', Last month I came by your store to purchase a computer for my twin daughters. The computer was a birthday gift for my daughters. After spending more than half an hour trying to locate the computer I was interested in, I then had to wait over 20 minutes in line while the store staff answered telephone calls from other customers. This week was my daughters' birthday and to our dismay, we opened the box to discover that the box did not have an electrical cord for the computer. I phoned the store right away to complain about the missing cord and to ask for a full refund. The clerk at your store told me I would have to bring the computer back to the store and another computer would be given to me - but as the purchase was over 10 days ago - I would not be able to return the computer for a full refund. I am writing to you - to bring your attention to the poor service at your store, return the computer, and to request a full refund. Awaiting your reply, Jane Adams
