The parking lot expansion was the brainchild of Steven Tyler; the Vice President of Manufacturing at 80sRock and he has been championing the effort from the very beginning. Although he is a VP within the company, facilities are outside of his scope of control and Steven has worked hard to convince senior management to proceed with the project. David Coverdale is the CEO of 80sRock Inc. and although he agrees that the parking situation needs improvement, he is very wary of the costs. Duff Mckagan is the CFO of the company and is firmly opposed to the expense; he supports an alternate plan where the company helps to supplement employee parking and bus costs. Since he controls the company finances, the project is sure to fail without his support. Ann Wilson is the head of the employee union and strongly supports the parking expansion project. She believes that allowing employees to park on site will not only save employees money but will greatly shorten commute times by not having to wait for and take the bus to get to and from work. Although Ann represents over 500 unionized employees, she works on the manufacturing line and is not an executive within the company. Skyline Construction is the contractor that has been hired to perform the work. Being a relatively new company, this job is Skyline's biggest to date and a successful outcome stands to generate much more business within the Seattle industrial sector.
