You are going implement a new sustainability approach using the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN-SDGs) as a framework - this could be for your organisation, for another known organisation or an imagined one (please state the CEM assessment guidance for course delegates June 2020 organisation and sector at the start of your answer). i. Describe your approach in the first year of this project including which SDGs you would focus on, with justification and how you would take these forward into a sustainability strategy

Describe at least five barriers or risks you may encounter as part of your implementation of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals for this organisation and explain how you would overcome or mitigate them. Within your answer make reference to economic and governance issues at least once (i.e. not necessary for every barrier)
