1. Using a forecasting method of choice, prepare three months forecast (Oct-Dec 2021)

2. Prepare a forecast on an aggregated level (per product group)

3. Prepare an order for October 2021 based on the projected sales forecast, assuming that you have a two- week lead-time, and you replenish weekly. Using the formula; Order= forecasted monthly demand - stock on Hand (SOH) - Stock on order (SOO).

4. Calculate errors for the August forecast and justify whether the chosen forecasting method is still appropriate.

5. On a product group level, Plot data using a line graph. 6. Discuss any trends found in the data (do this per product group) 7. Discuss the relevance of forecasting assumption in the context of this data 8. In the context of this data, analyse why it might not be advisable to use sales data.
