You have an idea $/$ concept in mind for the product. Develop the

product development plan for as we did in class. You will have to define

the scope and then do a detail analysis on the product as a cyclic process

from concept to production and then to a continual improvement

process.

You are the new QEM of organization. You will be developing the

entire team for the Quality management that will further develop a

Comprehensive QA QC program for the organization. This will be a group

activity and each member of the group will have a role play in this

activity.
