Document controls maintained and updated as needed: pre-construction documents, submittals, RFIs / DCRs, punch list(s) & closeout.

Assist with project scheduling (Microsoft Project /Primavera).

Draft letters of intent, purchase orders, and master sub-agreements as needed.

Ownership of project submittal process.

Draft submittal log for PM review.

Process submittals from vendors & subs; maintain submittal log throughout the project.

Verify shop drawings.

Communicate status of submittal to Project Manager & team.

Assist with estimating (budgets, bulletins, and change request/field order quotations).

Assist with management of self-perform and subcontractor scope coordination with field supervision.

Assist with job cost tracking & management.

Assist with project closeout.

Maintain positive and open relationships with customers.
