Yesterday When PC was on there is power cut. It is hooked up to a power strip. When you tried turning it on, all of the fans and LEDs turn on, but the computer does not boot. There also is a beep which you found out from the mother board manual means VGA is detected, quick boot is disabled and keyboard is not detected. The keyboard is plugged in and the numlock light turns on. The monitor does not display anything except no signal message. You tried with another Power socket to make it work, but it would not work. You went to computer service center with your computer and told the service technician that your computer is not working after power issues. The service technician checks the computer and informed that Motherboard was damaged and also the service technician informed that this problem is due to reduced voltage from your power socket.
