You must write three well-stated Training Objectives that align with your training topic.

Ensure all three of your training objectives includes each the following:

Performance - What the trainee will do after the training

Condition - The situation under which the training will occur (Where and when)

Criterion - The level of acceptable performance (ex. 90% on a test, 60 NWPM)

This section of your term project should not exceed one page. (If so, you have written too much) A training objective need not be more than three or four lines each. Be as specific as possible.

Ensure your training objectives are complete sentences with no writing errors.

My training topic is based around overall low morale, consistency, and quality standards amongst the hotel customer service staff.
