You should start this project team deliverable in Session 8. This team assignment is essentially an extension of the Session 4 Team Assignment and will require you to use more MS Project features to adjust your project plan for risk and to reconcile resource usage with reality. In other words, you will come up with project plan that is adjusted for risk and resource leveling. Only the mitigation risk response will be used. The MS Project file you submitted for the Session 4 Team Assignment will be enhanced to include these two adjustment. Obviously, to make this assignment meaningful, you will need a risk register. Note that this is essentially an assignment that is relevant mainly to the traditional/waterfall approach. Agile does have the notion of a risk-adjusted product backlog but that notion is covered in depth in PMAN 637 (Project Uncertainty and Risk)
