You are to design your resistance training program by selecting 10 exercises, one each to isolate and work the following muscles: chest, shoulders, back, lats (latissimus dorsi), arms (triceps and biceps), legs (quadriceps, hamstrings, and calves), and the abdominal muscles. Indicate the number of sets, repetitions, and approximate weight that you will use for each exercise. The ten exercises are the basis of your program. Only one exercise will be chosen for each of the 10 muscles.
