You will need to create a project based on your initial choice at the beginning of the semester. After self$-$

enrolling into a group in the first two weeks of the semester, you will receive a theme$-$project to work on

for the whole semester.

In groups of $4/5$ people, create a Request for Proposal $($RFP$)$ for a project you are assigned to$.$ In this

scenario, you will be the company or person with the money to do this project but not the expertise or

resources to complete it$,$ so that you will be hiring an external vendor through the RFP process. The

more detailed, accurate, and articulate the proposal $-$ the easier it is for the suppliers to understand and

the more marks you will get.

The project should look like a real$-$life scenario where activities are intertwined according to the logic of

execution$/$processing$.$ The submission should contain an introduction to the project rationale, a

description of the main stakeholders, budget, expected deliverables and assumptions that you made.

As discussed in class, this part of the project can contain many different sections, but for the purposes

of this assignment, you must be sure to include the following sections:
