You will need to create a project based on your initial choice at the beginning of the semester. After self-enrolling into a group in the first two weeks of the semester, you will receive a theme-project to work on for the whole semester. The project should look like a real-life scenario where activities are intertwined according to the logic of execution/processing. The submission should contain an introduction about the project rationale, a description of the main stakeholders, budget, expected deliverables and assumptions that you made. After drawing the diagram network from both AoA, respectively AoN perspectives (using MS Office Tools), you are asked to provide the corresponding scheduling table containing ES, EF, LS, LF, the slacks and the critical path.
