You work for DHLs GoGreen environmental protection program. The programs main objective is to reduce and/or avoid emissions of greenhouse gases and local air pollutants. By the year 2050 they want to reduce all logistics-related emissions to zero a highly ambitious goal. You have been appointed as theProject Manager. You have been tasked to roll out a project to implement a new Plant-a-tree initiative. The project involves establishing a way to get employees to sign-up for the program Once they sign up, they will need to do a short online course about carbon emissions in the Logistics Industry - employees will be awarded a GoGreen Specialist certification once completed. Every second month the GoGreen Specialists will join other partners to plant one million trees every year to protect our forests.
