Your final project will be a culmination of everything we have covered. You will be required to create a strategic plan/process from start to finish based on the various components of HR. You will use what you have read, your experiences, feedback, and experiences from your discussion boards, etc. Be creative! You are in charge of your HR department and you are creating a process to encompass all you have learned and what you are looking for, for your organization.Your final project will be a PowerPoint presentation detailing the milestones from the need for personnel (trends/analysis), job description (you will only need to have one but if want more - go for it - no more than three), recruiting, selection, staffing, retention, onboarding, staff development, performance reviews, rewards, and compensation. Some aspects you have reviewed already and the rest will come. Remember, this is your organization so own it and make it what you think will bring productivity to your company.
