Your goal is to construct a comprehensive interview of an individual that interests you due to his/her management style. There are 6 major components to this interview:

1. Provide a background of the individual
2. Briefly outline the internal and external environmental factors this person faces in their business.
3. Detail their management style
4. Describe their approaches to planning
5. Their approaches to decision making
6. Their outlook (future) of the business they're in.

General instructions:

• The paper must address all the questions provided. Paper must be between 2 pages
• This should be turned in since many of the above mentioned components is what you will be learning throughout this class.
• Consult your textbook for help with the components in this project.
• Paper will be turned it in in class on the assigned day (tbd).
• Hint: To get full points, you must reference at least two management approaches you learned about from the textbook.
