Question:
Your goal is to to improve you HR and leadership skills:
1. Use the SMAART framework to break your goal down and outline the different components. Remember this should be a clear developmental goal that you are passionate about—something that is measurable, that is potentially life-changing, e.g., something that you have "always" wanted to do, team member, manager, or leader.
2. Briefly describe why you want to reach this goal.
3. With your goal initiative (or desired state) in mind, construct a force field analysis chart of your current quasi stationary equilibrium, complete with driving forces, and restraining forces, represented with arrows of varying lengths (strength).
4. Drawing on Lewin's insights, and your force field analysis, develop an action plan for the achievement of your goal with an expected date of completion on each action item. Remember that the items need to be specific and actionable.
5. How will you know the goal is accomplished? List the metric or metrics by which goal completion will be determined.
