Your group is required to design data capturing process for any of the Medical Clinic that is currently being manually operated operations for health information and data. Select any of the health information and data of the core function of the electronic health record. Consider the project carefully, as it will be an entire semesters work.

• Decide on a NAME that best capture your group gaol and objectives
• Each group must elect a team leader who will coordinate the individual members work into a final report, act as a spokesperson and integrate group members contributions into the final report.
• Each group member must participate in the design of the data capturing process of the medical clinic and provide answer to the following questions:

1) What are the challenges with the existing mode of data capturing, if any?

2) What do you think are the causes of these problems?

3) How will your data capturing process improve the current data capturing process?

4) In your own understanding, explain how investment on HIT may help to improved patient care in the medical clinic

5) Which of the fundamental data quality approaches are being used for data error detection, correction, and prevention as evident in the medical clinics of your choice?

6) How effective and efficient are these approaches based on your understanding of HIT.

• Each report must have a cover page that could be a promotional poster for the project.
• Each report to have an introduction by the team leader, a conclusion and bibliography or references.
• Report size must be approximately 2500 words long, with diagram to illustrate your idea where necessary
