Your task is to audit an already completed $($or ongoing$)$ project of your choice. Use your knowledge and research of project management, to evaluate the performance of the project team and recommend improvements for future projects based on your evaluation. Based on your evaluation, you will provide recommendations for better project team performance.

Project teams to evaluate may include maybe you can identify a student group that recently worked on a project, or a team of faculty members recently involved in a project. If you working, is there a project that recently took place in your workplace that you are privy to$?$ If you are part of an organization $($religious$,$ faternal, etc$)$ is there a project that was recently attempted? Are you yourself connected with a recent project in any form? Keep in mind, the project team cannot be a single person. It must involve a team to qualify for this assignment. Please check with me to see if your idea qualifies if you are unsure. Also note, you may work on this final assignment individually or in a group of two.

What are the major outcomes of the audit? What is your overall evaluation of the project team and the project? How well did the team perform in accordance with PM management principles? What went well? What went wrong? Etc... How well did the project team meet and$/$or implement project management methodology?

Recommendations

What recommendations do you have for the team to utilize project management practices for better performance and outcomes? Justify your recommendations. Provide specific direction.
