Your task is to create a resource based on one of the following topics: Stress Reduction StrategiesConflict Resolution Strategies The resource you create should be designed to be used and shared in a workplace setting. Think of it as an organizational training resource that could be shared with all employees in a workplace. Your goal is to share strategies for either topic to help create more productive and successful organizations. Your resource should include at the minimum:

• At least three (3) strategies identified.
• Examples to support the strategies.

Your resource could take on one of the following formats:

• A written report
• A poster
• A video
• A presentation (i.e. Prezi, Google presentation, etc.)
• A podcast
• An infographic
