Your Team (4-6 students) will be acting as Operations & Supply Chain Strategists for a domestic only company (domestic only a company regardless of world location, currently does not market any of its products globally). Your task as a Team, is towrite anoperations and supply chain report (approx. 15 pages) identifying the main operational and supply chain issues and makerecommendations on how to handle them properly for a company to function better from financial, strategic growth and sustainability perspectives. Before writing your report, you will need to do the following: 1. Research a company that you want to write the report about 2. Research the main issues from operations and supply chain perspectives 3. Obtain approval from your Instructor for the Company that you have chosen 4. Make a recommendation of how to avoid/eliminate the operations and supply chain perspectives 5. Make a summary/conclusion of your key recommendations
