Your two teams should work together for a combined presentation. You should assign roles to members of your team (e.g., CEO, CFO, COO, etc.) and prepare PowerPoint slides to illustrate your position with investors. You should also be prepared to address any questions that the institutional investors may raise. Please designate key spokespersons among the senior management team who will partake in the presentation. ALL members of the team should, at a minimum, be actively involved in responding to questions regardless of assigned roles (for example, someone might say "I was assisting the CEO and so I can answer that question"). You should also agree with Goldman on your respective roles in the presentation
