As I Love cooking. Cooking is my favourite hobby. I started cooking in 7th grade. Moreover, I try new dishes at home. I am also working in an Italian restaurant. My future goal is to open a restaurant where I will serve my flavoured dishes to people.

Several things have influenced my decision to join this Program. My cultural background is deeply rooted in Punjab, India, where strong family ties and traditional values are highly valued. Our Familys holidays and get-togethers have always included the culinary arts, which has shaped my love of cooking. Furthermore, my job as a line cook at Ennios Pasta House in Kitchener, Canada, showed me how a Professional kitchen operates. This experience got me excited not just about cooking but also about running my restaurant. Dealing with the challenges and duties in the kitchen made me want to learn more about the business side of the food industry. Thats why I decided to join this Program. Moreover, key influences in my life, including mentors and successful entrepreneurs, have emphasized the importance of continuous learning and skill development. Their experiences of facing difficulties and becoming successful by working hard on strategic career planning have inspired me to further my education in career success, providing the necessary tools to my passion for the culinary arts into a thriving business.
