Proportion of students participating in sports in School Districts 1, 2, and 3 are .36, .55, and .42, respectively. The number of students in School Districts 1, 2, and 3 are 11,000, 8,000, and 21,000 respectively. If a student is selected at random, what is the probability that the student participates in sports?
